Hi! My name is Ben but on the interwebs I'm known as Daxy. I'm an italian cartoonist/animator. I draw a bit of everything including my own characters! I draw whatever I can whenever I can and no one can stop me!ps: English is not my main Language, I mainly speak Italian so get ready for plenty of typos T_T

What programs do you use?
ITS A LOT but I use them interchangeably so don't panic.Clip studio paint on computer, procreate on ipad, toonsquid for animation on ipad, firealpaca on pc (for animations mostly) and toon boom harmony!For editing I use sony vegas and (am learning...) after effects
can i be inspired by you/copy your style?
YEA don't worry, as long as you're not trying to completely copy me as a person it's absolutely ok!!

can I use your art as a profile pic?
Most of the time, yeah! Unless I say SPECIFICALLY not to but most of the time especially if its fan art I'm totally fine with it

The commissioned piece and any form or part of it may NOT be used for NFT or any service/product/transaction related to NFT or cryptocurrency. You may not reproduce or alter the image in any way, no matter how unrecognizable it may become, for use in any NFT related purposes. This also goes for "artificial intelligence" (ex. midjourney) for I do not support neither Ai "art" or NFTs
You can always cancel the commission BEFORE I'm done with it. I will only give refunds if the commission has not gone past the first revision stage (sketch).
I can make changes to the final drawing, however they may cost an extra fee depending on whats being asked (ex: changing hand pose)
If for any reason I can't work on a commission I will contact the buyer and fully refund them.
My art is for personal use only, don't resell the artwork (as merchandise like t-shirts and prints) unless a previous agreement has been made
Small edits (or animated edits like tweening) are allowed as long as proper credit to me is given!
I have the right to use the artwork I made for you for advertising purposes (for example to advertise my commissions or art)
Please DO NOT put your own watermarks over my artwork unless it's Toyhouse
Do not trace the artwork I did for you and sell it again as a YCH, an adoptable, or as a commission for another person.
